You may return most new, unused items if you inform us within 10 working days of delivery. KMP Drivetrain solutions stands behind all of our products. If we have manufactured an incorrect or defective component, KMP will make it right.
The reasons of returning an item purchased may be:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the shipping
- Products was/were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the seller.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items for your order.
Damaged in shipment
Please contact us right away. Include a description of the damages, and pictures of the damages items/packaging. Replacements will be arranged with Customer Service.
Editing and deleting account information:
You can delete your Account username at any time by following the instructions on the Site or through the Services. You can edit and change other Account information at any time. However, please note that your identification and contact information may remain in KMP’s records for some period. If you delete your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account. However, given the nature of sharing on the Services, any public activity on your Account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.
Data security and change of control:
Your Account information is password-protected. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your Account. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to KMP and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, KMP makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If KMP learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
Prices displayed on the web shop are listed in EURO (ex. Dutch VAT.) For orders shipping to countries outside the EU 0% VAT will be applied at checkout.
All charges for duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to the delivery of your order and shall be paid exclusively by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods you have ordered, we will offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancellation of the item. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the entire order as cancelled.
