Porsche Cayman gears.
Looking for a performance boost for your Porsche Cayman? We supply a full range of ratio sets to reduce the engine RPM drop significant. We have sets for street and track available (3-4-5-6 ratio change), but also a rally set which has also 1st ratio and shorter final drive changed. The gears will work with all the stock synchromesh rings, bearings, seals etcetera.
This option is available for most Cayman 6 speed gearboxes form the early 6-Speed Boxer (986) and Cayman (987) but also for the Cayman 981, 982 and even the 718 model.
Benefits:
- Semi helical gear shape which results in higher strength, but not as noisy as straight cut motorsport gears
- More available torque at the wheels, which results in significant acceleration improvement.
- Faster shifting due to lower engine RPM drops
